Save the date - August 12, 2010 - for the annual Milwaukee Community Service Corps fundraising event, Powering Green: Creating a Workforce for Tomorrow. The event will be held at the Frederick Miller Pub at 3939 W. Highland Blvd., Milwaukee.
As in past years, we will be honoring our outstanding corpsmembers and alumni for their acheivements in education, job training, and applying the skills they learned to make their lives better. Mayor Barrett and other community and corporate leaders will be invited to speak.
