The Milwaukee Community Service Corps runs a production line which manufacturs rain barrels for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District.

Community benefit

• Prevents rain from becoming polluted stormwater runoff, which can damage our lakes and groundwater
• Provides a cheap and environmentally friendly source of water for gardens and lawns – especially when watering restrictions are in place
